We had the absolute privilege of working with Anne Marie after the birth of our third baby, Ozzie — who, despite being our third, made us feel like brand-new parents all over again. He was by far our hardest baby, and those early weeks were overwhelming. Anne Marie came in with such calm, steady support that I instantly felt more grounded. She was incredibly validating and never once made me feel like I “should have known” what to do just because I’d done this twice before. She listened, adapted, and flowed with whatever we needed — whether it was an overnight shift so we could finally rest, or coming during the witching hour so I could spend precious one-on-one time with my two older kids. Her presence was reassuring, her guidance was thoughtful, and her care for our whole family was genuine. I truly don’t know how we would have navigated those early weeks without her.
